The MX-5 is a real sports car, and motor sport is about the best way to experience your MX-5. You don't need to be a fast driver, or an experienced one. Just bring your enthusiasm and a desire to get the most from your car and yourself.

The following information is by no means authoritative, just a general guide aimed at newcomers. Plenty more information about specific topics can be obtained from the web, books, talking to competitors or by gaining experience for yourself.

** The Racecraft Training day is designed for people who are presently participating in our Motor Sport Program and are looking to improve their skills, or for those that are about to start racing. It is NOT aimed at people who are looking for the one-off opportunity to drive their MX-5 on the track at speeds exceeding those that are legal on a public road. Furthermore participants need to be competent drivers in the first place. The Alfa Club has 10 spots for MX-5 Club members. The Club Captain - Motor Sport reserves the right to not accept "non-suitable" entries.
